The WVU School of Nursing recently hosted a virtual town hall with undergraduate students to discuss working as a nurse during challenging times.
Hosted by Dean Tara Hulsey, the panel included School of Nursing faculty Dr. Toni DiChiacchio, Dr. Mike Frame and Dr. Aaron Ostrowski, each who are working in a clinical setting and have worked during world crises and understand feelings of vulnerability, fear and frustration. The panelists shared their experiences, suggestions and their support for staying focused during times of uncertainty, in particular, the current COVID-19 pandemic.
