Paid internship opportunity for WVU Nurse Practitioner, DNP students

The WVU Medicine Center of Excellence for Addiction and Department of Behavioral Medicine and Psychiatry are offering paid internships to students who are enrolled in a Nurse Practitioner program in the WVU School of Nursing.

This is an opportunity to learn more about clinical assessment and treatment of substance use disorders in general, to observe treatment in action, as well as to establish a better understanding of medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for Opioid Use disorder with Buprenorphine specifically.

Requirements: Students must be enrolled in a MSN or post-Masters Certificate Program, Nurse Practitioner Track or be a Nurse Practitioner in the DNP program at the WVU School of Nursing.
