WVU to host workshop on resources, benefits for expecting parents
The WVU Council for Women's Concerns will host "What to Expect When You're Expecting … at West Virginia University" on March 22, 2017 from 1 p.m. to 4:15 p.m. in the Greenbrier Room of the Mountainlair. The workshop is available to all WVU employees.
WellAware bystander training program offered at HSC
WVU will hold a WellAware bystander training program at the Health Sciences Center on Tuesday, March 14 from noon to 1 p.m. in room G119 A&B.
WVU School of Nursing to offer in-state tuition to all students in RN-BSN program
As hospitals and other healthcare organizations across the country work to address the need for highly trained nurses, the West Virginia University School of Nursing is doing its part to address those demands. Beginning in fall 2017, the School will offer in-state tuition for all students (regardless of residency) to enhance professional opportunities for nurses through the online Registered Nurse to Bachelor of Science in Nursing (RN-BSN) degree program.

WVU Trademark Licensing updates academic lab coat standards
WVU's Trademark Licensing recently worked with HSC leadership to develop standardized protocol when ordering lab coats for employees and students in the following academic capacities: Health Sciences Center students, medical students and residents, professional programs, laboratory program students and professors.

Free screening event celebrates American Heart Month
